Monica Blatyta is the Founder and Managing Partner of Eqwow Ventures and has held the position of S贸cia at Solum Capital since September 2021, where management of sustainable investments is a focus. Currently a S贸cia at C-MORE and an Embaixadora for Endeavor Brasil since October 2019, Monica also founded Babel-Azza in November 2011 and has been a partner at F9 Consulting since January 2012, where services encompass corporate finance and project finance. In addition, Monica is associated with EY's Winning Women program and previously served as a partner at PDM&FC from September 2014 to April 2018. Monica's extensive experience in global markets includes coverage roles at Deutsche Bank and Citi, further complemented by an academic background in Business Administration from Universidade Cat贸lica Portuguesa.
