Luiz Paulo Amaral currently serves as Group CFO at Babel-Azza, a position held since March 2018. Prior experience includes ownership and management roles at SouBrasil Souvenirs, where a five-year business plan for distribution was developed, and serving as Partner and COO at Rizzo Gourmet, leading the company towards franchising 50 restaurants. Luiz also held various key positions at Havi Global Solution, Dixie Toga S.A., and TQS Engenharia, focusing on strategic sourcing, business unit management, and quality consultancy. An MBA in General Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração complements an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
