Lars Wolff has a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience at Risø National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy from 1988 to 1994, DONG Energy from 1994 to 2007, and Babcock & Wilcox from 2007 to present. At Babcock & Wilcox, they have held roles as a Lead Engineer and Lead Engineer in Boiler Design.

Lars Wolff completed a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on energy from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in the Department of Fluid Mechanics from 1981 to 1987.
