Steven Greenspan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing corporate legal affairs. Currently serving as Vice President, General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Vogt Power International since October 2020, Steven previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Amec Foster Wheeler from September 2008 to October 2020, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on various commercial and contractual matters. Prior to that, Steven served as Senior Counsel at KeySpan, overseeing legal issues for large-scale mechanical contractors and representing subsidiaries in multi-million dollar projects. Additionally, Steven was Senior Counsel & Secretary for Millennium Pipeline Company and worked as an Associate at Hedinger & Lawless, focusing on construction-related litigation and contract negotiations. Steven holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan.
