Hendrik Panca is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy, finance, and data analytics across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CFO at bababos since September 2022, Hendrik is dedicated to developing integrated procurement solutions for the manufacturing sector. Prior experience includes leading the Strategy and Data division at Manuva and enhancing strategic operations at Warung Pintar. Hendrik has also held key financial and analytical positions at TADA, Tinkerlust, and Momentum Global Partners, among others. Educationally, Hendrik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2012.
