Hans Joviol J. is an experienced professional in the polymer and chemical industries, currently serving as the Head of Polymer Sales (Deputy Director) at bababos since July 2023. In this role, Hans supervises the Steel Category Team and has built an end-to-end process for the Polymer and Chemical Business Category. Previously, Hans held various positions at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk from December 2018 to July 2023, including Technical Service and Product Development Sr. Engineer, focusing on automotive and industrial applications, project development, and customer engagement. Prior to that, Hans worked at PT. Berlina, Tbk from February 2013 to November 2018, progressing from Staff of Material Development to Department Head of Material Development, ensuring departmental performance and leading R&D initiatives. Hans holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, obtained in 2013.
