Mahmoud Ramadan is an experienced operations executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Bab Rizq since January 2022 and as Co-Founder & Board Member at EcomFlix since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Mahmoud held the position of Ecommerce Operation Manager at Ava Baby, where responsibilities included developing operating models, quality controls, and managing inventory planning. Mahmoud also worked as a Senior Operations Specialist at Glory Store, focusing on daily operational communication and reporting, and as an Operations Specialist at MIMIC Egypt, generating product ideas and negotiating with suppliers. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Alexandria University.
