Rick Switzer has over 40 years of experience in military and civilian roles within aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a System Administrator at B3H Corporation since April 2015, Rick previously worked as a Senior Field Engineer at Spectrum Comm Inc, where responsibilities included U-2 mission planning in the Pacific Theater. Prior to that, at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Rick developed and implemented U-2 operational missions while supervising training for USAF personnel. Rick began a career in the United States Air Force as a Navigator from July 1971 to June 1991. Educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a BS in Psychology from Portland State University.
