Renato Marçal has over two decades of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as IT Manager at B3 since June 2011, leading the Foreign Exchange Clearinghouse Systems and focusing on system platform innovation on Azure Cloud. Previously, Renato held roles such as IT Tech Lead and IT Systems Consultant at B3, contributing to market surveillance and electronic trading platforms, and enhancing system performance. Renato's career began at Aperam and Ogeda Consultoria & Associados, developing applications using C/C++ and SQL, followed by a tenure at Grupo Pão de Açucar as a Software Engineer. Renato holds a Bachelor's in Computer Systems Analysis from Universidade Paulista, a Post Graduate degree in Management Information Systems from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo, and a specialization in Banking and Financial Support Services from FIA Business School.
