Elin Rylander is a seasoned consultant manager currently with B3 Skilled AB since August 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Delivery and Engineering Manager at NE Nationalencyklopedin AB from February 2022 to July 2023, Interim Manager Core Product Integration and Scrum Master at Verisure between January 2018 and February 2022, and Project Manager at Zacco - Digital Trust from September 2017 to February 2022. As co-founder and owner of OST & Vänner AB, Rylander operated a cheese shop, wine bar, and jazz café in Malmö from November 2014 to February 2022. Additional project management experience includes work with Arla Foods and Ikano Bank. Rylander holds a degree from Linköping University and has further education from Lund University.
