Bruce Alexander is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and solution architecture. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at b2wise since November 2022, Bruce previously held the position of Senior Solution Architect at Coupa Software from January 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Bruce was a Senior Consultant at LLamasoft, Inc. from December 1994 to January 2021, following the company's acquisition of Barloworld Supply Chain Software. Bruce’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on the History of Political Thought from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Government from the University of Essex.
