Willer Rodrigo Silva is an experienced Front-End and Mobile Developer with a strong background in application development and user experience enhancement. At B2ML Sistemas since December 2019, Willer has played a key role in developing a government medication management platform and a Brazilian government web application using React. Willer also created a language learning app, significantly increasing user engagement with mobile capabilities. As a Sênior Mobile Developer at Builders and Dotz Inc., Willer optimized e-commerce interfaces and contributed to the development of a benefits platform, focusing on integration and user experience. Earlier experience includes an internship at Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações, where Willer developed software and implemented various testing methodologies.
