Bruno Alcantara Cardoso is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and social performance across various organizations. Prior roles include Sustainability Coordinator at Vale, where responsibilities covered social performance for operations in Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and Mato Grosso do Sul, and Project Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières, focusing on humanitarian aid after a cyclone. Bruno's expertise is further enhanced by leadership positions at Fundação Renova and the World Bank Group, where strategic social development initiatives for indigenous communities and conservation projects were implemented.
