Denzel W. is currently the Head of Luxembourg and Business Manager at B2C2 since March 2022. Previously, Denzel served as Strategy Lead at Community Growth Ventures, focusing on supporting startups led by underrepresented founders, from September 2017 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Optima Partners Compliance Advisory, where Denzel advanced from Associate to Associate Director between September 2018 and March 2022, and a position at CVC Credit Partners during a secondment. Denzel's career began at the Bank of England, involving roles as Supervisor and Research Assistant from June 2012 to September 2018.
