Guy Holzman

VP Head of Business Development and Investments at B2B Soft

Guy Holzman has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Guy is currently the VP Head of Business Development and Investments at B2B Soft since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HAP INVESTMENTS LLC as an International Investments specialist starting from February 2021.

In 2012, Holzman founded Ivy League Graduates, a non-profit admission consulting company. As the CEO, they helped over 200 non-American students gain acceptance to top MBA and M.A. programs in US universities. Guy also managed a team of 17 employees and led the company's guerilla marketing activities.

From 2015 to 2021, Holzman co-founded InCyber, Inc. and held various roles including COO and CEO of The Americas. Guy was responsible for managing the company's operations and strategic direction.

Prior to that, Holzman worked as a Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at ReConserve Inc. from September 2012 to February 2015. Guy also worked as a Consultant at Google the LA Sports Commission, where they analyzed the economic impact of the sports events industry in the greater Los Angeles area.

Holzman started their career at Ernst & Young as an International Negotiations, M&A, and Taxation Manager from September 2006 to August 2011. Guy also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University from 2007 to July 2011.

Before their professional career, Holzman served as a Company Executive Officer in the Israeli Defense Forces from 1999 to 2003.

Guy Holzman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Management, from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Guy attended the IESE Business School - University of Navarra for a brief period in 2012, completing another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, although the specific field of study is not provided.
