Emily Schwieger is a Future Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal at B P Collins LLP, specializing in commercial and residential property, planning, and development since August 2022. Daily responsibilities include drafting various legal documents, completing commercial property transactions, conducting research, and liaising with clients and lawyers. Emily has participated in multiple insights and networking events with firms such as Forsters LLP and RPC, as well as completed an internship experience focused on commercial law with Bright Network. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from The University of Law, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Birmingham. In addition, Emily served as Treasurer of the Karate club at the University of Birmingham and has experience as an Exam Invigilator and Exam Marker.
