Jacqueline Catalanotto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and project management. Currently serving as the Client Services Manager at B-Lynk, LLC since 2019, Jacqueline oversees the development and maintenance of websites, training guides, and E-learning modules while managing client communications and project deliverables. Previously, as the Product Development Manager at Priatek, Jacqueline established procedures that facilitated successful product launches for mobile applications and digital kiosks. Jacqueline's earlier roles include managing media execution at Catalina Marketing, where guidance and coaching were provided to a team of media specialists, and owning the Marketing Manager position at Vacation Redemption Center, where successful marketing campaigns were created. Additionally, Jacqueline served as the Operations Manager at ProDrivers, managing a large team of drivers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
