Frank Scarpaci is the Founder and President of Vianova, where since January 2005, the focus has been on helping leaders and teams foster connection, collaboration, and positive change across various sectors, including companies, nonprofits, schools, and associations in the U.S. Additionally, since January 2021, Frank has served as an Advisor for B Local San Diego and as a B Corp Ambassador for B Lab since June 2016, promoting the growth of the B Corp movement. Frank has also played a significant role as Co-Chair for the Cause Conference in both 2012 and 2013, facilitating discussions on cause marketing and the synergy between nonprofit and for-profit partnerships. Prior to these roles, Frank accumulated extensive experience at American Express from 1990 to 2004, where responsibilities spanned various managerial positions, focusing on revenue generation, operational effectiveness, and team leadership in leisure travel sales. Frank holds a Project Management Certificate from San Diego State University and has educational background from Northeastern University and the Community College of Rhode Island.
