Paul Terseur began their work experience in 2017 as an intern at LISI AUTOMOTIVE. In 2018, they interned at Groupe Renault and also worked as a junior salesperson at Norauto France. In 2019, Paul had an intern role as a design engineering intern at Aero Gearbox International and later worked as a junior salesperson at Norauto France. In 2021, they completed an internship as a junior engineer at MSA The Safety Company. Currently, Paul is working at B-Hive Engineering as a business manager, where they are responsible for the development and management of a customer portfolio, managing engineering teams, and recruiting future employees.

Paul Terseur began their education in 2016 at UTBM, where they pursued a degree in DEUTEC, focusing on Engineering Common Core. Paul completed this program in 2018. Following this, from 2018 to 2021, Paul attended UTBM again, this time specializing in Ergonomics, Design, and Mechanical Engineering. It is unknown whether they obtained a degree during this period.
