Ephrem Roy NKOUNASSI has a diverse work experience. Ephrem Roy started their career as a Stagiaire Technicien Superieur at STCL Transports en Commun de Limoges from November 2016 to February 2017. Ephrem Roy then worked as an Ingénieur Maintenance Méthodes/Equipements at Framatome from September 2017 to September 2020. From July 2019 to September 2019, they served as a Project Management Assistant at Framatome GmbH. Ephrem Roy then joined GRDF as an Ingénieur Maintenance Supervision Télécom from March 2021 to September 2021. Ephrem worked at Edvance as an Ingénieur Outils Méthodes / Coordination à la Transition numérique from January 2022 to September 2022. Currently, they are employed at B-Hive Engineering as a Project Manager Officer starting from January 2023.

Ephrem Roy NKOUNASSI began their education at Lycée Henri SYLVOZ in 2013, where they completed their Baccalauréat in the Série C with a specialization in Mathematics & Physics in 2014. Ephrem Roy then attended the Université de Limoges from 2014 to 2016, earning a DUT in Génie Mécanique et Productique. Following this, they studied at the Académie de Limoges from 2016 to 2017, completing an ATS with a specialization in Maintenance des Systèmes Industriels. From 2017 to 2020, Nkounassi attended École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie industriel. Lastly, in 2020 and 2021, they pursued a Mastère in Traitement de l'Information et Instrumentation pour l'Ingénieur at Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
