Carl Rogers is a Senior Systems Engineer at BES Technology Inc. since March 2023, bringing extensive experience as a Senior Software Systems Engineer in a previous position from February 2000 to March 2023. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from James Madison University, earned between 1980 and 1984, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from George Mason University, obtained from 1995 to 2000.
