Ava Soltani is a Healthcare Investor at B Capital since July 2024, following a diverse career in healthcare consulting and research. Prior experience includes roles at ClearView Healthcare Partners from August 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities encompassed consulting, senior analysis, and analytics. Between May 2020 and May 2021, Ava worked as a researcher at Xu Lab, developing gene-editing models for cancer treatment in collaboration with prestigious institutions. Additionally, Ava served as Curator and Executive Organizer for TEDxTufts, successfully orchestrating an award-winning event and leading speaker coaching initiatives. Academic foundations were established with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Engineering Management from Tufts University, completed in 2021.
