Rondeep Bhui is a highly experienced professional in the field of regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at B. Braun Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rondeep held the position of Executive Director, Strategic Planning at TMC Pharma Services Ltd from April 2023 to January 2024, and previously led global pharmacovigilance efforts as Head of Global Pharmacovigilance & EU QPPV at Boehringer Ingelheim from November 2020 to April 2023. With a substantial tenure at Elanco, Rondeep progressed through several senior roles focused on regulatory transformation and global pharmacovigilance from 2012 to 2020. Additional experience includes roles at Eli Lilly and Company, Vernalis, and several other organizations, with a foundational education in Biomedical Science from the University of the West of England. Rondeep's expertise encompasses veterinary pharmacovigilance, people management, coaching, and leadership in compliance and safety practices.
