Richard Wood has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the medical industry. Richard started their career at B. Braun Sterilog Ltd as a General Manager and later became the National General Manager. Richard then served as the Operational Excellence Academy Jnt Lead at B. Braun Medical Ltd. Richard also worked as the Head of Operations for B. Braun Sterilog Ltd, where they oversaw the company's operations and managed the sterile goods. Richard later became the Head of Sterile Goods Management and then the Head of Operations UK at B. Braun Group. Prior to their roles at B. Braun, Richard worked at Eastman Kodak Company as a Maintenance and Engineering Team Leader and then as a Senior Operations Manager.
