Johanna Keith is currently the Education & Apprenticeship Manager at Azzurri Group, overseeing external apprenticeship programs and e-learning initiatives across brands such as ASK Italian and Zizzi. With a history of managing and developing apprenticeship strategies, Johanna has led projects for curriculum design, training registration, and government engagement, achieving significant progress in training outcomes during Ofsted monitoring. Previous roles include Board Member positions with People 1st International and the Hospitality Apprenticeship Board, as well as experience as a Regional Trainer and General Manager at ASK Italian and Pizza Hut. Johanna holds a BA(hons) in English with Classical Studies from the University of Surrey and a PG(Cert) in Humanities from The Open University.
