Tara Mackey is the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at AZZ Inc. since 2014. Prior to this, Tara held high-level legal positions at various companies including a venture capital start-up, Silverleaf Resorts, SuperMedia LLC, and Flowserve. Tara has a JD from Baylor Law School, an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Sam Houston State University, and a BBA with a dual major in Marketing and Management from Texas A&M University.
