Erich Haeussler II has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Erich is currently working as a Mechanical Engineer at Azure Summit Technology since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Leonardo DRS starting from December 2017. Before that, Erich worked at Harris Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer and IPT lead on RF Energy Heatwave and CCEMC Subsurface systems. Erich also served as a Tooling Engineer at Harris Corporation from August 2011 to November 2015. Erich's earliest work experience was as a Mechanical Engineer at Piper Aircraft from August 2010 to August 2011.

Erich Haeussler II began their education in 2005 at Eastern Florida State College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Engineering. Erich successfully completed this program in 2007. Following their time at Eastern Florida State College, Erich went on to attend the University of Central Florida. From 2007 to 2010, they studied Mechanical Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in that field.
