Geetanjali Malik Madan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development, Employee Experience, and Talent Management at Azure Power since February 2019, focusing on creating a culture of trust and excellence. Prior to this role, Geetanjali held various positions at Vodafone from May 2009 to February 2019, including General Manager of Learning Design, Systems, and Communication, where strategic guidance was provided to enhance learning for over one million users. Geetanjali has also managed corporate training for Vodafone India Contact Centres and executed training programs for Spencer's Retail Limited, along with earlier roles in training and customer service. Geetanjali holds a Management Certificate from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, an MBA in Operations from SCDL, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Jodhpur University.
