Ali Hussein currently serves as a Guest Service Agent at MSC Cruises since July 2024. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Ali has held the position of Supervisor of Operations at SSD Dermatology Centre since October 2017. Additionally, Ali has worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Royal Azur Hotel and as a Receptionist at Azur Hotels and Resorts, both roles starting in September 2013. Previous experience includes a Front Desk Receptionist role at Alrashid Hospital in Kuwait from August 2016 to May 2017. Ali holds a High School Diploma in Hotel Management from German Hotel School, obtained between July 2011 and January 2014, and additional education from Deutsche Hotel Schule Elgouna.
