Zoheb Abdul has had a diverse range of work experiences in the construction and architecture industry. Zoheb started their career as an Architectural Intern at Architect Hafeez Contractor, where they were involved in executing working drawings, preparing BIM models, and designing and planning projects according to requirements.

Following this, Zoheb worked as a Project Estimator & Administration at ACE Construction Group, where they focused on project documentation, quantity take-off, and scheduling using Primavera P6 software.

Zoheb then transitioned to Shahzay Construction, Inc. as an Intern Project Estimator, where they estimated quantities, supervised construction sites, and coordinated with superintendents for safety and quality control.

Zoheb also gained experience at Squarefoot Construction as an Intern Project Estimator, managing bid packages, quantity take-offs, and project planning.

After that, they joined Onyx Contractors, LP as a Project Engineer, creating and updating construction schedules, attending meetings, and coordinating with architects and engineers for project approvals.

Most recently, Zoheb worked at Azteca Enterprises, Inc. (AEI) as a Project Engineer, where they assisted with preconstruction efforts, prepared subcontracts, monitored project budgets, and facilitated project meetings.

Overall, Zoheb has demonstrated a strong understanding of project management, cost estimation, and coordination within the construction and architecture industry.

Zoheb Abdul has a diverse and well-rounded education history. Zoheb first pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which they successfully completed from 2009 to 2014. Building upon this foundation, Zoheb then obtained a Master's Degree in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2015 and 2017.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of business administration, Zoheb pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Trine University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. This program spanned from 2020 to 2022, allowing him to expand their expertise in strategic decision-making and organizational leadership.
