Ellis Winstanley holds extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as CEO and Executive Chairman of Axial Shift, a platform designed for multi-unit restaurant operations, Winstanley is also Treasurer of the Board for the Texas Restaurant Association and Co-Founder of NAR Ventures LLC. Additional roles include Chief Strategy Officer at both Aztec Promotional Group and El Arroyo, as well as Co-Founder and President of Texa-Rica and Co-Founder and Partner at Texas Ranch Experience, which focuses on habitat restoration. Winstanley has a background in advisory roles, including Co-Founder and Investor at Shindig Team and Partner at Rockin R River Rides. Winstanley earned a BA in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
