Joseph Shelby is a Powertrain & Ergonomics Engineer at Aztec Electric Racing since August 2022, where responsibilities include designing mechanical components, manufacturing vehicle parts with various technologies, and participating in powertrain testing and development. Additionally, Joseph served as a Mechanical Engineer Student Representative at Tech San Diego from March 2023 to March 2024, focusing on continuous program improvement and professional skills development. Previous experience includes a role as a Product Assembler at Indyme Solutions, where expertise in assembly and troubleshooting was demonstrated, and as a Shift Lead at Nekter Juice Bar, managing team operations and customer satisfaction. Joseph is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at San Diego State University, expected to graduate in December 2024, having previously attended Palomar College.
