Mauro Malacari serves as the Global Head of Run at AZQORE SA since August 2018, overseeing the stabilization of the banking platform and related hardware and software infrastructures, while defining departmental strategy and optimizing production in Switzerland and Singapore. Previously, Mauro held various leadership roles including Head of Software Development & Delivery and Chief Technology Officer, emphasizing team restructuring, strategy implementation, and budget management. Mauro co-founded the Centre International pour la Gouvernance et la Transparence and has extensive consulting experience at Courgar Partners SA, focusing on strategic guidance and crisis management. Early career experiences include key positions at BOBST, SYZ Group, and Steria Group, with significant contributions to information systems strategy, project management, and client support. Mauro holds a certification in organizational leadership and graduated from multiple technical training programs.
