Ray Hansen has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and engineering. Ray is currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing Technology at AZOVA since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Homie as the Director of Marketing Engineering from December 2018 to December 2022, and as the Director of Engineering from October 2015 to November 2018. Ray also held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Aluvii Inc from January 2015 to October 2015.

Before that, Ray served as the Vice President of Online Marketing at Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC from April 2010 to December 2014, where they implemented marketing automation, increased customer retention and engagement, and developed custom e-commerce platforms, resulting in a significant increase in online sales.
