Nanda Pisters has over two decades of experience in the fields of pension administration and payroll management. Currently, Nanda serves as Team Manager CGC at AZL, overseeing three teams responsible for central pension administration, general ledger and payments, and credit management, managing a total of 30 employees. Previously, Nanda held the position of Team Leader for Central Pension Administration, handling the monthly gross-net calculations and payouts for approximately 180,000 retirees across over 50 pension funds. Prior to AZL, Nanda worked as a Senior Payroll Administrator at Accon avm, managing payroll for around 100 clients and leading a group of payroll administrators. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and various certifications in Lean Six Sigma, collective pensions, and NLP.
