Jos Gubbels has extensive expertise in financial leadership, currently serving as CFO at AZL since February 2006, overseeing financial management and reporting processes, including annual accounts and budget planning. Previously, Jos held positions such as Head of Finance and Head of Financial Administration, where responsibilities included managing financial departments and implementing process improvements. Jos has also led various projects related to pension agreements and tax regulation analysis. In addition to involvement at AZL, Jos is a co-founder and CFO at Van Hoppen and serves as Chair of the stakeholder body for De Nationale APF. Jos's educational background includes an Executive Master of Finance and Control from Maastricht University and multiple actuarial qualifications.
