Diana Rutten-Bost has extensive experience in customer service and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Medewerker klantenservice Pesioenen at AZL since July 2022, Diana contributes to the administration of pension funds and supports clients in achieving collective pension objectives. Prior to this role, Diana worked in sales backoffice at KUSzzz and held multiple managerial positions, including Store Manager at Mondiales schoenmode and Shop Manager at Munnichs shoes, where responsibilities included sales leadership and budget management. Additionally, Diana has a background in departmental management at Goossens wonen & slapen and IKEA, overseeing personnel and sales results. Previously, Diana managed an espresso bar and gained foundational experience in store management at C&A and Coolcat. Diana holds a degree in marketing/management from Economisch College Heerlen and has completed education in detailhandel/ondernemerschap.
