Bert Drummen has extensive experience in change management and IT consultancy, currently serving as a Consultant Change & IT at AZL since February 1998, where various roles have included Hoofd Change & IT Staf, Hoofd Business Support a.i., Hoofd Change & IT Staf en IT Run, and Bestuurslid with a focus on Finance & Risk. Prior to this, Bert held the position of Manager ICT at Nutsbedrijf Heerlen from November 1992 to January 1998, where responsibilities included Head of IT and Facilities. Educational qualifications include studies at Zuyd Hogeschool and professional development at IIR and University Maastricht Business School in 2007 and 2008.
