Jacqueline Walker, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, IPMA-CP, currently serves as a Healthcare Recruiter/Talent Acquisition at Kingman Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities include collaborating with department leaders and hiring managers to provide effective talent acquisition services. Previously, Jacqueline held the position of Total Rewards Manager, overseeing the planning and administration of the organization’s compensation, benefits, and employee programs. With significant experience in human resources, Jacqueline served as the Human Resources/Risk Management Director and Intergovernmental Relations for the City of Kingman, Arizona, leading comprehensive HR and risk management functions. Early career experience includes a role as Human Resources Administrator at the City of Kingman. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University, along with multiple HR certifications including SPHR, IPMA-CP, and SHRM-SCP.
