Ulla Nikkanen is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as Managing Director at Azets since 2016 after previously holding the position of Director. Ulla has a diverse background, having worked as a Senior HR Manager at Fujitsu Finland from 2015 to 2016, and serving various roles at Aditro from 2004 to 2015, including Director of BPO and Nordic HR Manager. Ulla's earlier career includes positions as HR Manager at Ementor, HR Assistant at ABB, and Temporary Payroll Analyst at the Bank of Finland. Ulla holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the Helsinki School of Economics, earned from 1995 to 1999.
