Konsta Suutari has a background in Information Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Jyväskylä. Starting as a Computer Repair Technician at IT-Palvelu Oy Finland, they then worked as a Software Developer Trainee and Software Designer at Landis+Gyr. Moving on to Solteq Plc, Konsta held roles as a Customer Support Agent, Incident Manager, and eventually a Service Manager. Currently, at Azets, Konsta continues to work as a Service Manager. Additionally, they also briefly worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of Jyväskylä.
