Qafar Kazimov is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in radio network and transmission planning. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Azercell Telecom LLC since August 2023, Qafar previously held significant positions, including Head of the Planning Department at NetFrame from April 2014 to August 2023 and PDH Transmission Planning Group Head at VIER from August 2006 to March 2014. Roles also included leadership at Ericsson between 2009 and 2014 and various engineering positions focused on installation and maintenance at CEN Telecommunication and SOCAR - Communication Department. Qafar holds a Master’s degree in Radiotechnical and Communication from Azerbaijan Technical University.
