Elmir Babakishiyev is a skilled telecommunications engineer with experience in various engineering roles at Azercell Telecom LLC, Azerconnect LLC, and Nar (Azerfon). Currently serving as a Software Systems Operation Senior Engineer, Elmir's expertise lies in administering network elements such as MSS, MGW, HLR, SADM, EIR, and MNP. Prior to this, Elmir worked as a Packet Switching System Engineer and Circuit Switching System Engineer. With a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Azerbaijan Technical University, Elmir also has a Bachelor's Degree in the same field. In addition, Elmir has previous experience as an IT technician at A+A Security.
