Elshad Yuzbashov is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and system administration. Currently serving as Software Development Manager at Azerbaijan Tourism Board since November 2019, Elshad previously held the position of IT Engineer and Programmer at Modern Education Complex for over a decade, focusing on educational applications. Elshad has also worked as a Local System Administration Consultant for UNDP, contributing to database development and server management for environmental projects. Additional experience includes web programming at Sahil IT and consulting roles for database development within UNDP projects. Elshad holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Qafqaz Universiteti and completed education at Baku Turkish Anatolian High School.
