Igrar Jabiyev currently serves as the Head of Expenses Accounting and Analysis Division at Azerbaijan Railways since December 2021, having previously headed the Fixed Assets & Material Accounting Division within the same company. Prior to this role, Igrar Jabiyev was Chief Accountant at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in Azerbaijan from August 2020 to November 2021, and also held the position of Senior Financial Specialist in both the Ministry and Professional Support Center LLC. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Financial Specialist and Leading Accountant at Veyseloglu Group of Companies, Finance Accounting Consultant at Accounting Business Center Inc, and Regulatory Specialist at Baku LTD. Igrar Jabiyev holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
