Andrey Iskrich serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Azerbaijan Railways since February 2023 and holds the position of Group CIO at Smartavia and CIO and CDTO at Volga-Dnepr Group, both starting in July 2022 and July 2020 respectively. At Volga-Dnepr Group, Andrey developed a centralized IT management system and restructured the IT management according to the RUN / GROW / DISRUPT model. Previously, Andrey was CIO at Utair Group from August 2017 to July 2020, where a centralized IT management system and IT development strategy were established. Earlier roles include Chief System Architect at AT Consulting, Lead Software Developer at NVision Group and OOO "ИНЭК-АС," and Lead Software Developer at Русфинанс Банк and КБ "Кубань Кредит." Andrey Iskrich graduated from Kuban State University in 2006.
