Sergey Ganiyev began their work experience in 2006 as the Information Technology System Head of Division at Azerbaijan Airlines. In 2010, they transitioned to AzEduNet LLC and served as a System Administrator until 2015.

Sergey Ganiyev earned their Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004.
