Anar Aliyev is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Leading Marketing Communications Specialist, Social Media Specialist, and Deputy Head of Public Relations at Azerbaijan Airlines since November 2015. As the Founder of the urban studies blog İnsan yönümlü şəhərlər since June 2015, Anar contributes to discussions on urbanism in the Azerbaijani language. Prior experience includes managing a business at DigiShop from March 2014 to September 2016, serving as an Editor for InfoCity Magazine from September 2010 to November 2015, and working as an IT Manager at A-Group Insurance from October 2007 to May 2014. Previous roles also include positions as a Sales Manager and Service Engineer at Computex from June 2003 to May 2006. Anar holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, completed in 2006.
