Aya Ali is an Oracle Netsuite Consultant at Azdan since March 2022, with prior experience as an ERP Customer Success Specialist at EDRAK Software, where responsibilities included resolving product issues and clarifying customer complaints. Previously, Aya worked at Teleperformance as a Talabat Partner Support specialist, assisting restaurant partners across multiple countries in the MENA region with order-related issues. Additionally, Aya served as a Contact Center Agent at CIB Egypt, handling inbound interactions and managing complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Aya graduated from Cairo University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2019.
