Joe Secola started their work experience in 2010 as a Project Engineer at Fagen Inc., where they worked until September 2011. In October 2011, they joined AZCO Construction, Inc. as a Project Coordinator, and their employment there continues to the present day.

Joe Secola earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology with a specialization in Construction Management from Bemidji State University. Joe attended the university from 2005 to 2007.
